Yesterday morning I watched the sun rise from the Dunes of Maspalomas and walked around in the sand dunes looking for compositions. The color photos are taken with the ClassicChrome film simulation and the B/W are with Monochrome+G film simulation, all photos taken with the Fuji X100T.
El Oasis is an natural reserve on the southern tip of the island of the Gran Canaria, with it sand dunes it is almost like an small desert.
Finally managed to get out on a little photowalk again last night.
Had my best friend with me today, who recently picked-up video and filming again and wanted to practice different filming styles. Had a great time shooting together.
We first went to a park in Oslo, Frognerparken. Where I got a couple of pictures to a project I’m thinking about, but there where most Pokemon players around, so only people with their heads down in their phones.
Later we headed down to the Norwegian Opera House. Love to shoot here, as you can get some great angles and interesting light.
I had 10 minutes to kill before a meeting today, so I grabbed my camera and took a walk around the block. I passed this Do Not Enter sign at a construction site and thought that with a right subject passing by it would be a funny shoot. And in entered this woman with matching colors to the sign almost before I could react.
I don’t get that much chance during a day to grab my camera and shoot, because of work, but this day I was 15 minutes early to a meeting, so I stopped for an ice-cream at an gas station nearby and grabbed my camera and took an 10 minute walk around.
